NSF CISE CAREER workshop

The goal of NSF Computer & Information Science & Engineering (CISE) CAREER proposal writing workshop is to enable future CISE proposal submitters to prepare competitive CAREER proposals. The workshop intends to provide young faculty members skills in CAREER proposal writing, panel review experience, and opportunities to interact with NSF program directors and recent NSF awardees. The major components of the workshop includes talks on CAREER proposal writing, experience sharing, mock panels, and proposal clinic.

The workshop will be open to participants from U.S. national universities. We expect maximum 100 participants in the workshop. No registration fee is needed. Junior faculty members from HBCU/MEI are eligible to apply for travel support.

Organizers

The workshop is supported by the NSF and is being organized by Dr. Paul Oh and Dr. Pramod Abichandani at Drexel University.
